With his 25 years of visionary leadership, global management and strategic business development, Mr. Stanford consistently enhanced shareholders' profitability in start-ups as well as Fortune 100. Having worked on four continents, Mr. Stanford bridges cultural gaps seamlessly. At 16, in Istanbul, he established a retail store importing and selling Sinclair Computers in Turkey. Mr. Stanford went on to establish one of the world's first multi-media learning station at Cornell University under the National Science Foundation (NSF), HDTV Broadcast Equipment and SONET developments at Toshiba in Japan. He holds two patents.
As the top business and marketing strategist, Mr. Stanford led and grew Logitech's (NASDAQ:LOGI) Strategic OEM for Control Devices, Audio and Video business units with $200M P&L. He became one of three General Managers after making it the number one PC-OEM manufacturer worldwide, shipping 300 million units under his leadership. His business unit served more than 30 Tier-1 PC-OEM companies including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, SONY and 300 million customers. After serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Epos (now Qualcomm), an Intel Capital Portfolio company, Mr. Stanford started incubating a number of companies as a social entrepreneur while helping various hi-tech and digital health start-up CEOs and Board Members with corporate, product and go-to-market strategies. Many of companies he served received prestigious awards. James Stanford is a graduate of the Executive Program at Building New Ventures from Harvard Business School. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco, a Masters degree in Engineering from Cornell University and a BSEE degree from Widener University. |
Jim Carlson

With over 30 years of sales leadership and strategic business development at Fortune 500 companies, startups and eventually launching and selling his own successful business, Mr. Carlson delivered consistent top line growth by implementing best in class sales processes and strategies, focusing on employee development and creating world class organizations.
Over a 27 year period at Seagate Technology he held a variety of leadership positions that delivered increased revenue, market share and customer satisfaction within major OEM accounts and the channel. Mr. Carlson helped launch a new consumer electronic business to help expand the company’s offerings and increase the available market. He was also involved in defining and implementing a new best in class sales process for the company that would support growing from a $13B organization to one that could support over $20B. At Xyratex he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and was successful in bringing forward many opportunities that positioned the company for significant growth. After leaving Xyratex, Mr. Carlson worked for a startup (Altior) where he was in charge of WW sales and market development. As a key member of the executive team he regularly participated in all executive decisions including staffing, acquisitions, company direction, and investor communications. Mr. Carlson eventually left Altior to launch his own business and quickly established a productive team focused on growth and customer satisfaction. By building a cohesive organization, and eco system of referral partners it was profitable in the first year of operation. Eventually he was able to position the company for sale. Mr. Carlson holds a BA degree in both Psychology and Business Administration from Humboldt State. He is also certified brown belt in six sigma. |

Yan Chow, MD, MBA was until recently the Chief Innovation Officer at LongView International Technology Solutions (LongView). Ranked #5 in Washington Technology Magazine’s 2014 Fast50, LongView provides trusted, world-class health care and security consulting services and solutions in mobile, analytics, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to a broad range of clients from U.S. cabinet-level departments to the largest federal IT contractors in the world.
Until 2014, Dr. Chow was the former national Medical Director of the Innovation & Advanced Technology Group (IAT) at Kaiser Permanente, the largest and most technologically advanced private integrated care delivery system in the nation. IAT assessed and made internal recommendations on over 2,000 new and emerging clinical information technologies with the potential to impact health care in the next 5-10 years. Primary areas of focus were telehealth, mobile, and analytics. IAT also operated a multi-million dollar innovation grant program for KP employees. IAT is affiliated with KP’s Garfield Innovation Center, an award-winning care delivery simulation laboratory near Silicon Valley that received over 55,000 visitors, including high-level delegations from 43 countries, in its first eight years of operation. Dr. Chow had a successful clinical practice at KP for several decades. He was also involved in regional IT management, overseeing a number of operational systems for 60,000 providers at 60 sites. He led experimental projects such as KP’s first PC interface for mainframes and created KP’s first national networking forum for physicians. Dr. Chow has founded and advised a number of startups in the Internet, health care technology, storage, and database spaces. He has 3 U.S. patents and has been an author and invited speaker at industry conferences. Dr. Chow earned his A.B. with honors from Harvard University and his M.D. from UC San Diego. In 2005 he received his MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas Business School, where he graduated as valedictorian. |
Juneyt Kayali

Juneyt Kayali is a Business Analytics and Finance Executive. His business management experience has spanned over 15 years in a wide range of enterprises, from startup to Fortune 100 companies. His industry experience encompasses many sectors within the IT high technology sphere including enterprise software and hardware, supercomputing, data storage management, datacenter tools, and current clients include Cloud Based Software (SAS), and specialized networking software vendors.
His expertise includes strategic business planning, forecasting, pricing, market analysis and research, product management and management metrics as well as those within the traditional corporate FP&A domain. During his career, Juneyt has developed the business analytics function in growing enterprises from the start-up level to successful mid-size public companies and has led product management and analytics teams in major business units of large multi-national corporations. Prior to founding Precision Analytics, Juneyt served as head of Product Management Business Analytics at NetApp Inc, a data storage software company with $6Billion annual revenue. Prior to this, Juneyt served as Business Unit Controller for Silicon Graphics Inc., a High Performance Computing company with $1B revenue, leading the financial planning and analysis of $150M annual business. Juneyt started his career and spent 8 years with Silicon Graphics Inc., in a wide range of business operations, financial planning, pricing and forecasting roles. Mr. Kayali holds a Master's of Business Administration degree, with a focus in Corporate Finance, from the Graduate School of Business at Middlebury College after receiving a B.A. from Marmara University in Marketing Management. |

With her 20 years of experience in food and health industries, Angela Stanford provides advisory role to a number of food service companies and non=profits including Loaves & Fishes of Contra Costa County. She's been one of the early employees of The Cbord Group Inc. implementing clinical nutrition and food service software for healthcare and senior living facilities, colleges/universities, corporations, supermarkets, and other market segments in the United States and Australia. Angela served Kaiser Permanente promoting (NCIS) National Clinical Information System to regional directors and hospital administrators prior to joining Choicelunch promoting nutrient dense foods to parents/ PTAs, schools and community.
Angela holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree (BS) in Nutrition from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco. |
